How to Make Delicious Vada
Crispy and Delicious: Ahaaram Urad Dal Vada Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Ahaaram Urad Dal

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1tsp blcak pepper crushed

Salt & 1/4 tsp baking soda

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 green chili, finely chopped

Finely chopped curry leaves

Oil for deep frying
STEPS:

Place the Ahaaram Urad Dal in a bowl and cover it with water. Allow it to soak for 4 hours or until the dal becomes soft.

Drain the water from the soaked dal and transfer it to a blender or grinder.

Transfer the dal batter into a mixing bowl. and add all the ingredients

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Make sure the oil is hot but not smoking.

Take a small portion of the batter and shape it into a donut shape with a hole in the center.

Fry the vadas in batches until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Place the fried vadas on a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any excess oil.
