How To Make Tasty Vegetable Biryani

INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups of Ahaaram basmati rice

Oil

Biryani masala

Onion

Tomato

Green Chilli

Curry leaves

Vegetables( Beans, carrot, peas as per your choice)

Garlic paste

Salt

Coriander leaves
STEPS:

Take 3 cups of of Ahaaram basmati rice wash it well & soak for 30 minutes.

Pour oil in a bowl & add Ahaaram biryani masala saute for a while and add chopped onions, green chilli saute for while to turn golden colour.

Add vegetables, tomato and curry leaves mix it well cover the lid until boil.Then add garlic paste and salt mix it well cover the lid for 5 minutes.

Add soaked basmati rice and mix it cook for 5 minutes. add 4 cups of water mix it well close the lid until cook.
